ROAST RACK OF LAMB WITH ROSEMARY 🍖🌿✨ Ingredients: 2 racks of lamb (about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs each), trimmed and frenched 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon lemon zest Instructions: Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.  Delicious Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops 🦞🧄  


Here’s how to make it:  


Ingredients:  

2 lobster tails  

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted  

3 cloves garlic, minced  

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice  

1 tsp paprika  

Salt and pepper to taste  

Fresh parsley for garnish  

Lemon wedges for serving  

1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry  

2 tbsp unsalted butter  

2 cloves garlic, minced  

1 tbsp olive oil  


Instructions:  

Preparation: Preheat your oven’s broiler.  


Cooking: Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and pull the meat out slightly. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster. Broil for 8-10 minutes, basting halfway through. For scallops, heat olive oil in a skillet, season scallops, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove scallops and melt butter with garlic in the same skillet. Return scallops and coat in garlic butter.  


Final touches: Garnish lobster and scallops with fresh parsley.  


Serving: Serve the lobster and scallops together with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter drizzled on top.
