Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster:


Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for easy grilling.

Make the Lemon Herb Garlic Butter:


In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, thyme, dill, salt, and pepper.

Preheat the Grill:


Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

Grill the Lobster:


Brush the lobster meat generously with the lemon herb garlic butter. Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the lobster tails, brush with more of the garlic butter, and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serve:


Remove the lobster tails from the grill, and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.
